Ciao Chow
I had lunch at the pasta cart Ciao Chow on SW 2nd and Stark. Lindsey got bruchetta and peasant’s pasta, dressed very simply with garlic, red peppers, some basil, and lot’s of olive oil. I got pasta with shrimp and a tomato cream sauce.
The cart is very small but has tall ceilings.

Did you see this cart when it was the Spud Locker? What a transformation. . . I think I’m going to stop here next week. I hit The People’s Pig this past Thursday. That was quite a sandwich!

I saw it when it was the spud locker but never ate there. I prefer my oil and starch as pasta…
