Bottle-Washing

Me and Lyle spent two days this week cleaning wine bottles. I’ve been saving every bottle I’ve drunk for the last 3 years! Now we clean some of them. There are 184 clean bottles on the table, and still many more buckets to wash.

Plan-for-joint

The cart is going to have a skirt of trim circling the base. The trim is all cut to 8 foot sections, but for the front the run is 8’6″. Rather then simply have a butt joint I thought it would be fun to make a nice looking joint! Here are some sketches I made, and then the final joint mapped out on a test strip.
