Shrimp, Bechamel, Arugula

For dinner I made toasts with some bechamel, shrimp, and swiss cheese. For a salad I tempered onions in water then tossed them with arugula and bok choy. I sat in front of the fire with the cats, reading a guilty pleasure, called ‘The Farseer: Royal Assasin’.
